That beautiful Zoological and Botanical Park allows you to discover over than a thousand birds (200 different species) from all continents spread over 6 hectares.
A special care has been taken for the bird’s, while respecting the biotope of each species for their own well-being.
The Garden also has various activities that will tell you a lot about our “Residents”.
Free flights of raptors and other birds help you discover the vast world of birds in an educational fun way. For the youngest to the oldest : - )
Taste lemurs, meerkats, pelicans ... So many special moments to discover rare species but also to meet our team of caretakers.
We also offer a Tropical Greenhouse, a Mini-Farm, a Bar with terrace, next to the Picnic area and off course the Souvenir Shop.
The Garden distinguishes itself as a center for the breeding of endangered species presented along an educational route and decorated with lush plant species.
Observe, listen and relax in the garden's mosaic of songs and colors.
The Bird Garden was created in 1976, when Bernard Liauzu, birds & nature lover, decided to go his own way, after a long experience acquired in the largest French Zoo’s such as Vincennes, Jardin des Plantes, Le Pal, Villard-lès-Dombes and many more...
An “Extraordinary Garden” appears on each visit.
